CHS Theatre is excited to present SIX the musical! Six is set in a pop concert setting showcasing songs inspired by iconic pop artists! Join us Thursday - Saturday, August 21-23. Friday's show begins at 5:00 pm, Thursday and Saturday at 7:00 pm. This morning, our TOK and Astronomy classes met on the football field to observe the planetary alignment. Clearfield has incredible teachers who continually inspire students to reach for the stars!

Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 20, will be picture make up day in the auditorium. Staff and students who did not have their picture taken last week will need to do so tomorrow.

The office will call out at the beginning of each class period and request students alphabetically by last name to attend anytime during the class period. Students who have home release or leave campus for different classes, will be allowed to attend at a different period while they are at school.

Due to the construction of the new CTE building, our parking space is extremely limited. We highly recommend that you ride the bus, if that is an option, or carpool with friends. Here is a map outlining the different options for parking at the school. We will be issuing $20.00 fine tickets for any parking violations beginning the first week of school, so be sure to follow these guidelines!

Last day to redeem PBIS points for PIZZA!! Our amazing students celebrated the end of a successful year with friends! The PBIS program awards students for their exceptional positive behaviors in attendance, active engagement, and accountability. Way to go Falcons!

Clearfield Falcon Colorguard is inviting all to participate in their spring clinics to prepare for the upcoming parade and fall marching band season. If you would like to learn how to spin flag, sabre, and other props, please attend beginner clinics next week, May 12th through 16th from 3:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Clearfield High School. After 34 years as a teacher, coach, and administrator, Mr. Batchelor rang the bell to commemorate an incredible legacy in Davis School District and to celebrate the beginning of a new journey filled with his adorable grandkids and doing whatever he wants, whenever he wants. Jim leaves his mark on Clearfield High School, Central Davis Junior High, North Davis Junior High, Layton High, Davis High and Syracuse Junior High. Mrs. Denson, our extremely talented sewing teacher, made him a quilt representing every school he worked at. While we will all miss Mr. Batchelor and his infectious personality, we are so happy for him and wish him the very best!
