It's that time of year the student council is having their candy cane drive. From December 2-6 students and families can purchase candy canes for a $1 before and after school. Please check the news section for more information!


Come see Elf Jr. on December 5-7th and 9th at 7:00 pm. Tickets will be available for purchase at the office for $5 starting Thursday, November 21st.


Pastries with a VIP is on Tuesday, November 5th from 8:00-8:45. Join us Tuesday in the school cafeteria to enjoy muffins, milk, and fruit with a Very Important Person! Don't forget to check out the book fair in the library after.

Join us for a Movie Night! On Thursday, October 24th at 5:30 we will be showing "Up". Students who read 900 minutes in the first term got a free ticket. Tickets are $1. A parent must attend! See you on Thursday!


Next week is Red Ribbon Week! Students will have fun activities to participate in at lunch recess! Each student will also get to participate in a coloring contest. Coloring pages will be turned into the office. On Friday wear something red!


Say BOO to the Flu on Tuesday, October 1st and 2nd from 3:30-6:00 in the Covered Courtyard!

3rd - 6th graders: Don't be a CottonHeadedNinnyMuggins come help us tell the story of Buddy the Elf in the school musical Elf Jr. Auditions will be held Friday, September 13 after school with the first rehearsal on Monday, September 16th from 3:30-5 pm.
Rehearsals will be held Monday/Wednesday/Friday for 2 hours after school*
Students will not be called for all rehearsals, just for the scenes their character is in.

We are having a fundraiser selling the World's Finest Chocolate!
The proceeds go toward playground equipment and we have a couple of extra incentives for the whole school as we attempt to earn equal to or more than we did last year. Our first mini goal is to earn $4,000 as a school and when we reach this goal all students will get a popsicle at the end of the day!!! Watch for more information to come!

Dear Parents!
The Davis School District Elementary Arts Department will be offering two Elementary drama camps this summer. These drama camps will be based on Dr. Seuss stories. Drama objectives as well as language arts core objectives will be met throughout the camp. Dates are:
South Clearfield Elementary May 28th - June 1st (Tuesday – Saturday) and
Centerville Elementary June 10-14th (Monday – Friday)
These Drama camps will be provided free to Current Davis District Students K-6 through a grant provided by BTS Arts. We have three of our Elementary drama teachers and one High School Drama teacher who will be teaching the students. Parents will be invited to a showcase on the last day of camp.
